Internship

Yupe. Currently am doing my practical internship at the National Sports Institute Malaysia(ISN) in Bukit Jalil. Its the one right next to MSN (Majlis Sukan Negara) and opposite the National Stadium.

I'm placed in the care of the Sports Biomechanics Centre. And am loving it here! Eventhough theres a lot of work (research assignments) to do, but it was fun! Everyday is an interesting day. On my very first day, I have to think of a short study that I have to do on biomechanics other that what I have planned to do. Then on Wednesday, I've learned to palpate lower limb areas on where to place the reflective markers for a depth jump test.

I've learned and read the entire Silicon Coach manual book and I have started using it. I've done video captures on the sepak takraw's service and the killer's position. Close up and the side view. En Nadzrin, my supervisor at ISN told me that later on I have to calculate the degrees and angles of the still image.

Well, thats another chapter to write about.

Gotta get myself some zzzZZZzz...
